Jessica Zilujko is a highly experienced Accredited Practising Dietitian and has been Director of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commissions Food Nutrition and Dining Unit since it was established at the end of 2023.
Holding a Bachelor of Science Master of Dietetics Studies and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Jessica is also a PhD Candidate researching foodservice quality outcomes and assessment within residential aged care through the University of Queensland leading the sector in understanding evidence based solutions to improve aged care nutrition and dining experiences.
Jessica has extensive experience working within the aged care and private sectors and is committed to working with aged care providers workers and older people to improve the quality of food nutrition and dining to ensure optimal health and wellbeing outcomes for those receiving aged care.
